a. Please arrive for scheduled appointments on time to avoid this disappointment should we not be able to accommodate you if you are late than 10 minutes.
b. Salon may run late due to service overrun, please bear this in mind.
c. Any cancellations should be informed 24hrs in advance.
Customer must follow the Aftercare guidance
a. Normal vanish services is not guaranteed
Enhancements and gel manicure services are guarantee for 72 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement nail or notice chip or lifting within 72 hours, please inform us to schedule free repair.
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
We ask clients to look after their property at Beauti Spa as we are unable to take responsibility of item left unattended.
All our services require a patch test 48hrs prior to your frist treatment. Providing no adverse reaction takes place, we will be happy to treat you safely. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medication or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
We regret that for health and safety reasons children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by supervising parent or guardian at all times whilst in our salon. Minors need to fill in consent form prior their treatment. Click to consent form on the right corner to download it.
Customer must inform by email or phone (email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
a. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service
b. Repair after 2 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged
c. We will not take responsibilities for any breaking or infection nails 48 hours after the service due to your negligence and/or not following Aftercare Guidance
d. Any allergy, infection or breakages must inform our salon formally within 48 hrs. After this time frame, our salon will not be liable.
No Cash refund will be given after you have left the salon. As soon as you walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and you are happy with the service provided.
a. If you are not happy with your services, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to meet your satisfaction or remove any work that had been done.
b. No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
c. We will correct any services at no cost to you if you inform us immediately when you are unhappy with quality of our work. If you are still not happy with our final fix and request refund, then you have to go through our Customer Complaint Procedure in writing to us (email: email@example.com), state the reason you are unsatisfied and provide the evidence of low quality of work you received from us. Bare in mind that only part refund is accepted.
d. If refund is accepted, it will be made by bank transfer within 30 days into bank account that is provided by you.
